Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased through this website. This no refund policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to digital downloads, subscriptions, and event registrations. In the event of extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be granted at our sole discretion. However, any such exceptions do not waive or modify this overall no refund policy. Failure to use the product you purchased from us does not give you the right to refuse payment of any associated charges.
Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy
For both online and in-person sessions, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are not refundable & will be taken from your plan if you have one. If you wish to reschedule your session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window carry no penalty, and we will reschedule. Please note that this policy applies to all sessions, including individual appointments, group sessions, workshops, and any other scheduled events.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to this website. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, discussions, negotiations or proposals we may have had with you whether electronic, oral or written.
A printed version of this entire agreement including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings with respect to this website to the same extent and given the same effect as other business contracts and documents kept and maintained in printed form.
Modifications
The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to (a) revise these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify the website and/or any services or products it offers; and (c) discontinue the website and/or products or services at any time. Any changes to these terms will take effect immediately. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions and any other online policies posted on the website on a regular basis to be aware of any changes. IN PERSON SESSIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all use of Frederick Day's facilities, workshops and offers, regardless of the place, time and manner in which they are carried out, unless otherwise stated in additional contracts.
Sessions

Booking and Attendance: Sessions, including individual appointments or consultations, must be booked in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting us directly. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled date and time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at our discretion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time may will not be refunded and the session will be taken from your package if you have one.

Non-attendance: In the event of non-attendance or premature termination of a session (including for health reasons), there is no refund nor will the unattended session be replaced on a plan. Minor delays of up to 15 minutes are acceptable. If no one has appeared by then and no cancellation has been received by phone call or text message, the session will be charged.
Workshops, Retreats & Group Events

Registration and Payment: Participation in workshops, retreats, or group events requires registration and payment of any applicable fees in advance. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment confirms your reservation, and no spots are guaranteed until payment is received.

Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds for workshops, retreats, or group events are subject to the terms outlined in terms & conditions. In the event of withdrawal from 1 week before the start of the event 50% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. In the event of withdrawal within 1 week before the start of the event, the workshop fee is due in full and there is no entitlement to a refund if the place cannot be filled by another participant in good time. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified, and refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered.

Non-attendance & Termination: In the event of non-attendance or premature termination of an ongoing event by the participant, there is no entitlement to a refund of the workshop fee. Returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are reasons within Frederick's area of responsibility that preclude use for an unreasonably long period of time. Minor delays of up to 10 minutes are acceptable. If no one has appeared by then and no cancellation has been received by phone call or text message, the room will be closed and the unused time will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified, and refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered.
Suspension and termination clause

We reserve the right to suspend your access to our services, including sessions, workshops, or events, in the event of violation of these terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, non-payment of fees, or any other breach of agreement. Suspension of services may be temporary or permanent, at our sole discretion.

Termination of Agreement: We may terminate this agreement and cease providing services to you if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in behavior that is deemed harmful, unlawful, or violates the rights of others. Termination of the agreement may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid for unused services, and you may be prohibited from accessing our services in the future.
